 These rules will apply to all giveaways unless otherwise noted.
  • Always follow the instructions given by the drawing for which you are entering. (Example: If we ask you to pick a favorite product from the sponsors site . . . please do so).
  • Post a comment for ALL entries so they can be verified.
  • We verify each and every entry! If you do not follow the instructions your entry will be declared invalid and removed from the drawing.
  • If your email address is not in your profile then please make it visible in your comments. If we cannot contact you, you cannot win!
  • Not responsible for lost emails or technical errors. All decisions are final.
Our giveaways run for 14 days then a winner is drawn via random.org.  If you are chosen as the winner, you will have 72 hours to respond to our email.  The email will come from American-Bloggers.com notifying you of your win, along with a request for your mailing information so the sponsor can forward your prize. If we do not hear from you within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  • Prizes will be shipped to you by the sponsors and NOT by American-Bloggers.com.
  • American-Bloggers.com will not be held responsible if you do not receive your prize or if the product is different than you thought, faulty, or broken. However, we will make every effort to contact the sponsor if a problem occurs. 
* Please be patient because the prize can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

After the sponsor receives your name and address, American-Bloggers.com will request information regarding when your prize was received, and in what condition it arrived.  Such information is solely for internal research purposes and is vital to ensure that American-Bloggers.com continues to bring you giveaway opportunities from only the most trustworthy sponsors.    

Winners will be posted on the American-Bloggers.com

Entrants assume all liability for their participation, as well as receipt and use of prizes.

Any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these rules and agree that they are eligible to enter. Unless otherwise noted or prohibited by law, entrants must be 18 years of age or older living in the United States.
